Dr. William Thompson, Center for Computational Molecular Biology and Division of Applied Mathematics
Dr. Thompson will present his work on analyzing genomic sequences using sampling, and the biological results from this research. He will address the sampling approach and computational aspects of the work, and what biology is to be gleaned from the results.
